Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at (212) 757-8651 with details of the product and the defect. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our 119 West 57th Street location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email or text when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 1-7 pm on Monday-Friday. Please have your order confirmation email or text with you when you come.
