Our E-Gift Certificates are sent via email to any individual with a valid email address. The recipient of a Gift Card will receive an email with a Gift Card Code redeemable online or in-store!

To redeem online or in-store just provide the gift card number during checkout.

Gift cards may not be returned, used to purchase another gift card, or redeemed for cash. If the gift card is lost, stolen, or damaged, it can be replaced for the remaining value with satisfactory proof of purchase. There are no usage or monthly maintenance fees. Refund & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at (212) 757-8651 with details of the product and the defect. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We currently offer free shipping for orders over $99!

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for orders over $50 within the Manhattan area. An additional charge for a courier free will be applied to your order.

Deliveries are made from 2-6 pm on Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our 119 West 57th Street location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email or text when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 1-7 pm on Monday-Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email or text with you when you come.
